Entrance/Exit Control Rules
  1. Students and school serving staff of National Chiao Tung University (Hereinafter is called the school) can admission the library with Student ID or staff ID card.
  2. Alumni, Chiao Tung Univ. Haoran’s friend and enterprise members can utilize Alumni’s Certificate, Haoran’s friend card or enterprise membership card for admission to the library.
  3. The school staff’s family dependant can admission to the library with staff family dependant card, kids under 12 shall be accompanied by adult with valid library to admission to the library. The library will not be responsible to assist in search and duty to care, person who do not accompany with the kid will be cancelled the family dependant card.
  4. National Tsing Hua University, National Central University and National Yang Ming University students in school as well as school serving staff (not include family dependant) please admission with student ID and staff card.
  5. Other college teacher and student (including college grade four and five student) with student ID or staff card to exchange “temporary library card” to admission the library.
  6. Other people attaining twenty years old can exchange “temporary library card” with proof of ID for admission to the library.
  7. Group of visitors, please register with the Division of Extension and Reference Services.
  8. Do not hold other’s ID to admission the library, offender will be confiscated ID.
  9. Do not bring any drink or food to enter the library.
  10. Admission requirements during midterm, final test and graduate school exam will be announced separately.
  11. Temporary library card needs to be returned on the same day, person who lost the card please pay NT$ 200 at the Circulation Desk, temporary library card not be returned on the same day will be deemed card lost.
  12. Please follow all the library regulations/rules when admission reading, offender will be dealt with the Library Rules for Reader Violations or be sent to the school police to deal with.
  13. This approach will be implemented after approval of Library Affairs Council, same to the revised one.
